   Proposal Description:
   Objective: To determine the interaction effect of APOE genotype with obesity, past fertility, diabetes, blood pressure on cognitive decline in individuals with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and the severity of neuropathology for AD. Specific aims: 1) to determine the interaction between APOE genotype with obesity and depression on the cognitive decline in individuals with MCI 2) to determine the interaction between APOE genotype with obesity, past fertility, diabetes, and blood pressure on the cognitive decline in individuals with AD and 3) to determine the interaction between APOE genotype with obesity, past fertility, diabetes, and blood pressure on the severity of neuropathology for AD.
